For the CLM4.5 test run, I simply re-submitted it. It passed the point where it stopped and is still running. 

Used edit_lenkf.csh to add "qsub lenkf.N+1.j" to the end of lenkf.N.j, then simply re-submitted lenkf.4.j where the run stopped.

4. Processed GMAO GEOS5 seasonal forecast for February.

2. The e0004s_preindustrialCO2 stopped due to some file system issue on discover, when it was simulating Jan 2003. The issue was finally resolved around 5pm. Put it back to queue. Monitored it to make sure it runs correctly.
