The tsyn3d_mis_p analysis data for Sep & Oct of 2004 is obtained from
daley at:

Simply go there and unmigrate the file and issue the command:

scp a_flk_04.tsyn3d_mis_p.t200409* karki@alta.gsfc.nasa.gov:/ftp/pub/data/karki/GEOS-4_Victor_penn_state/.
scp a_flk_04.tsyn3d_mis_p.t200410* karki@alta.gsfc.nasa.gov:/ftp/pub/data/karki/GEOS-4_Victor_penn_state/.

The forecast data is to be created. go to daley at:

/output/karki/Crea_Forecast_prs_files

and see:
