• Make hotel reservations before 30 April. For those of you receiving funds who have been told not to register yourself, your hotel room has been already reserved.
• Only a few people requested arranged transport between the hotel and airports. If you still want to use this service: (1) send an email to Ron Errico, with your arrival/departure place/time if known (2) plan to arrive at PIT before 1500 May 31 and leave after 1600 June 5 (or CKB arriving before 1700 and leaving after 1430). If I do not hear from you, I will assume that you already have made other local transportation arrangements. For people arriving Saturday, transport information will be provided at a later date.
• If you plan on renting a car and can take other riders whom I can identify, please let me know your arrival information. Note that renting a car (less any additional insurance purchased) for the week likely would be less than the cost of a taxi one-way.
• For invited presentations, please provide a title and abstract soon.
• The times for all talks will be strictly limited: 40 min for invited ones; 20 min otherwise. Additional time will be provided for discussion after each presentation.
