2.3 PPGP

PPGP [4] is a parallel partitioner for grid problems, that is a library of a few routines to decompose a given grid in a load balanced fashion for a DMPP. PPGP is in itself in parallel: the grid is loaded onto the parallel computer and the grid components are ``reshuffled'' until a load balanced decomposition is found. This makes the library very specialized and more akin than LAPACK to the PSAS modules which are currently being designed.
