This page contains plots of SST, Subsurface temperature and anomalies from all the ocean analyses used for the forecast in all the three oceans. Comparisons are made with Reynolds data and subsurface sections from the TAO data.

Ocean anayses from three assimilation experiments XBTT, XBTTS and ENKF are used for the realtime coupled forecast. XBTT and XBTTS experiments use Univariate Optimal Interpolation and ENKF uses Ensemble Kalman Filter method for ocean data assimilation. 18 ensembles of the forecasts uses ocean restarts from XBTT. Ensemble 19 is from XBTTS and ensemble 20 is from ENKF.
